STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER!
On April 30 the entire Lower School, K3 - 5th grade, went to Ambrose Farm to pick strawberries. They had a ball! The little ones could hardly carry their sack of strawberries. (There is a cute slideshow posted. Click on the link to the left to access it!)
They then traveled to visit the famous Angel Oak Tree. This old tree (approximately 1,500 years old) fascinated the children with its branches running all along the ground.
After visiting the tree and gift shop, they picnicked and played at West Ashley Park. They all had a great day in the nice, sunny weather!
